Velocity purchases accounts and coordinates their network of account service providers to assist consumers with high-quality and accurate customer support across our network. 

Account holders can make payments directly to Velocity Investments. Consumers can choose to make payments through the collection agency or law firm currently managing the account or directly through our online portal. For details on how to make a payment, visit our Payments page.

If you believe you have been the victim of Identity Theft, please contact the collection agency or law firm servicing your account to submit a fraud or ID theft dispute. If you’re unsure who is servicing your account, please submit a dispute directly to us through the form at the bottom of our Consumers page.
